Target Timber Systems Ltd is pleased to share the news that our factory-made insulated closed panel system has had System Acceptance from both LABC Warranty and Premier Guarantee.

The Warranty and Guarantee apply to closed panel timber frame wall panels, solid treated timber sections with sheathing board, breather membrane, vapour control layer and insulation pre-installed.

The new certifications validate the exceptional quality and performance of our factory-made closed panel systems.

Part L Compliance

Target Timber’s closed panel systems are prefabricated under strict manufacturing conditions. Each panel comprises high-performing insulation, a foil vapour control layer, and a service void, delivering some of the lowest u-values in the marketplace – down to 0.17 W/m²/K with a brickwork outer skin.

The outstanding quality of our closed panel systems also achieves the requirements for Part L Building Regulations, giving our customers total confidence that they can deliver on their low-carbon and environmental promises.
