Target Timber Systems are delighted to announce we are now able to offer customers fully factory assembled closed panel timber frame systems.
Our latest investment in new machinery and processes allows us to manufacture high quality, fully assembled closed panel timber frames which can be efficiently assembled on site, further reducing construction times and customer costs.
Our closed panel timber frame systems are installed with high performance mineral wool insulation, foil vapour control layer (VCL) and a service void which are all fitted in the factory.
With standard u-values as low as 0.19 W/M²/K available and even lower if enhanced insulation options are taken, customers can be confident of achieving the new Part L Building Regulations which state that all new build homes must now produce 31% less CO2 emissions than was previously acceptable – this is in line with the government’s target to deliver Zero Carbon Ready Homes by 2025.
Closed panel timber frame systems are an exciting new addition to our timber frame portfolio, and will allow property developers and self-builders to complete their sustainable timber frame buildings even faster.
